Ive been promoted to Corporal and have add your father and sister to my Facebook. I think i added jenni? i cant remember.
Anyways you would be happy to know that my oldest son is about to turn 3 years old on Oktober 6th. My youngest on Kenji Elijah Taylor is turning 1 on November 4th. they are spitting images of me and candice. I know you are watching over me this tour because i havent been hurt yet. I am cooking now and i also go out on dismount patrols with one or two of the plattons to waste time. This way i am not always in the kitchen.

I was cleaning out some things earlier this week. I came across a picture of you. It was the very first time I held you. Uncle Tom and I stopped in Jax. You were only weeks old. It was your house on Deeder Lane. Jenny is watching you carefully as I was holding you and not her. You were such a handsome boy! How did 19 years go by so fast. I just wanted to say how proud I was of you going to Orlando. That was a big move to go to school and get a job on your own. Taylor, you would have done great things here. I just know it. I always saw your gifts. Now you are doing even greater things in the Kingdom that you will share with all of us one day soon. I trust God's plan is a perfect one for us all and there is a reason you are there and not here. We still miss you and think of you all the time. Uncle Tom and Tommy send their love to you too. Hey man! im at home right now recoveing from some surgery that i had on last thursday. my son Takeshi is about to turn 2 years old. and my other son is going to be born in october. Maybe earlier? his name is going to be Kenji Elijah Taylor Yoda. long name no? we like it.

All of your Aunts will say...no, I was his favorite Aunt! Taylor, where do I start? Taylor, I miss hearing the sound of your voice. I missed seeing you at your house Thanksgiving. I missed shopping for a card, gift or money at Christmas. I missed calling to wish you a Merry Christmas and talking to you. I missed not going to your graduation. Hey, the job you wanted pays great! You picked an excellent field with so much opportunity. We will all miss another earthday birthday. You still have one in heaven with lots of people who love you too. We just miss you here in your earth suit! How handsome !ou must be now. Are you any taller? There are so many things I would like to ask you. I saw my 3 stars shining extra bright and closer than usual Christmas Eve. I just felt you were looking down on us. Your Mom and Dad looked good at T'giving. I know you would have enjoyed all the good eatin's. Your Mom is such a good cook and it was good to see her sharing her gifts again. She always has a gift of hospitality and such a warm, loving home. Didn't she always keep thinks so right? We went by your graveside so Anna, Claire and Tommy could see where you were buried. Tommy said in the car on the way to your grandparents house that he wished he could have known you. He decided he will do that when he goes to heaven. Your Mom had a bouquet of roses and we each got to place one. Jenni was there with her "Matt". Mr. and Mrs. for 6 months now. She is all grown up now and so pretty inside and out. Your Dad is still building the houses in your name in Mexico. I know some of us sent donations for blocks in your name at Christmas. He says this will be his last trip. Those folks are blessed to have those roofs over their heads because of you. Your Dad works very hard and takes pride in helping the youth do a quality job. Hey Taylor...do me a favor? Since I can't be where you are yet...would you give Momma Kay and Grandaddy a hug and kiss for me? I am so glad you have each other. Oh yeah. New dog in the house. Her name is Darby. Hey man, its been a long time. I have been through so much since i got out here. I was hit with some shrapnel from a mortar attack a few months ago. I was supposed to get a Purple Heart, but some where along the line, the paper work was lost. Ive been in a few fire fights and raided houses. I have even detained Bad Guys! You would be proud of me. Remember my very first post? I was a Private and now I am a Specialist! Thats three whole ranks from where i used to be. In March I am going to try to get my Sergeant Stripes. My son is now, 14 months old, hes walking and talking and hes laughing. You should see him. Hes beautiful. My wife is doing well too. Im coming home from Iraq in January, so I am going to be sure to come and see you. From what i hear, you arent far from where my mother in laws house is. I will introduce you to my wife and son.
